We are looking for a Sales & Operations Recruiter to join the Ocient Talent Acquisition team. The Sales & Operations Recruiter will work together with the team to facilitate the recruiting process. Interacting directly with candidates and hiring managers to fill open positions. This is a remote position.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit/source for Sales and Operations positions
  • Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers efficiently by asking the appropriate questions and gathering detailed information, analyze resumes accurately, and comprehending complex search requirements
  • Structure and manage a hiring and interview process to source, engage, assess and ultimately hire top talent while delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Present qualified diversity candidates on open roles and ensure awareness of diversity hiring opportunities through networking and recruiting through diverse organizations and groups
  • Manage candidate activity in ATS (Greenhouse) and fully utilize functionality
  • Provide a detailed job posting/description to prospective candidates, including a detailed description of the benefits package
  • Negotiate complex offers with candidates
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation structure
  • Build excellent relationships with Hiring Mangers by creating strategies, resolving concerns, communicating effectively, and providing excellent customer service
  • Contribute to and recommend solutions to improve overall speed, quality, and cost per hire
  • Share insights with Hiring Managers around the latest talent market trends and challenges and provide expertise and consultation to overcome obstacles
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members to help them perform their jobs effectively and build strong relationships with other teams
  • Proactively build and develop a pipeline of talent in anticipation of future needs
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of college career fairs
  • Partner with the Talent team on special projects related to Ocient’s talent strategy

The Expertise You Have:

  • Proven success in sales and operations recruiting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience working cross-functionally and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, etc.)
  • Customer service mindset for supporting candidates and hiring managers

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, startup, corporate environment or staffing agency
  • Demonstrated success identifying and using innovative and creative sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passionate dedication to diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Experience working in the Database industry
