Senior Campus Recruiter

You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and managing strategic relationships with the business, campus career services, relevant organizations, students and professors to build strong talent pipelines
- Managing and building the firm’s highly visible campus recruiting programs across trading and technology. You will be responsible for driving the firm’s multiple campus recruiting programs while project managing and prioritizing
- Partner closely with campus recruiting team to continually improve, optimize, and scale our overall campus program for the firm
- Overseeing the strategy and execution of PEAK6 summer internship programs
- Evaluating campus programs and activities to ensure they align with the firm’s objectives
- Planning, managing, and facilitating recruitment events on campus
- Facilitating internal training delivered to internal stakeholders across the firm to educate them on the PEAK6 campus recruiting process, best practices and goals, prepare them for participation in the campus recruiting effort
You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:
- 5+ years of campus recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of leading and managing a campus recruiting program
- Strong project management and program management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time during peak campus recruiting season
- Knowledge of HR systems, such as applicant tracking systems
- Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues & trends to drive improvement of results and find solutions
