Senior Compensation Partner Manager

We are looking for someone to lead the deployment of our Executive Compensation strategy and programs. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team as a trusted advisor and thought partner on all aspects of global executive compensation. You will draw on your deep experience as both a compensation professional and People Business Partner to help as Affirm scales.
What You’ll Do
- Act as an advocate and strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team on all things compensation
- Consult with the Executive Leadership Team on compensation programs, providing guidance and education on the use and application of our global compensation programs
- Create and develop executive level communication materials in support of our global compensation programs
- Partner closely with the compensation team on the preparation of Compensation Committee materials and the development of Affirm’s executive compensation programs and design
- Deeply understand specific business and talent needs at the executive level
What We Look For
- 12+ years experience across a combination of compensation consulting and business partner roles, with 7+ years of experience partnering/influencing at the executive level of leadership
- Strong familiarity with compensation programs and design, with emphasis on executive compensation experience
- Experience working with distributed teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing strategic plans for a growing organization
- Experience establishing relationships as a trusted advisor to Executives and Senior Leadership
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively from the development of philosophy through execution and implementation
- Strong project management, change management, problem solving and analytical skills
