We are looking for someone to lead the deployment of our Executive Compensation strategy and programs. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team as a trusted advisor and thought partner on all aspects of global executive compensation. You will draw on your deep experience as both a compensation professional and People Business Partner to help as Affirm scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as an advocate and strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team on all things compensation
  • Consult with the Executive Leadership Team on compensation programs, providing guidance and education on the use and application of our global compensation programs
  • Create and develop executive level communication materials in support of our global compensation programs
  • Partner closely with the compensation team on the preparation of Compensation Committee materials and the development of Affirm’s executive compensation programs and design
  • Deeply understand specific business and talent needs at the executive level

What We Look For

  • 12+ years experience across a combination of compensation consulting and business partner roles, with 7+ years of experience partnering/influencing at the executive level of leadership
  • Strong familiarity with compensation programs and design, with emphasis on executive compensation experience
  • Experience working with distributed teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing strategic plans for a growing organization
  • Experience establishing relationships as a trusted advisor to Executives and Senior Leadership
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively from the development of philosophy through execution and implementation
  • Strong project management, change management, problem solving and analytical skills
