  • The Diversity Sourcer will be responsible for attracting diverse talent through multiple channels of outreach utilizing multiple diversity sourcing techniques.
  • Key responsibilities for this role will be to Identify/source diverse talent, establish and build relationships with candidates and to ensure we have candidate pipelines for open positions.
  • Sourcing talent for Executive, Management and Specialist positions which are typically complex in nature
  • Provides consulting services to hiring managers and advise on hiring strategies
  • Utilizes innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Sells Northern and consults with managers and their teams on presenting Northern as an employer of choice.
  • Proactively maintains market knowledge, including undertaking research.
  • 4+ years of experience Sourcing Talent.
  • 1 -2 years of experience drafting recruiter campaigns via social platform.
  • Diversity recruiting experience a plus.
  • Experienced with in-depth knowledge of all areas of recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent consulting and influencing skills and the ability to develop in-depth relationships with managers &Human Resources professionals.
  • Strong systems skills, particularly recruitment systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation policies and practices.
