Launched in 1999, ShowingTime has ultimately automated the scheduling and management of real estate showings across the country, and brought about a new way for agents to share local market data.  We’re looking for a Senior Corporte Recruiter to help us continue building and expanding our team. Our ideal candidate has successfully recruited in an entrepreneurial tech based company and is excited to take on the challenge of helping us to take the Company to the next level. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and energetic person to become the next key member of our growing team. Principal tasks consist of sourcing and attracting top candidates (with an emphasis on engineering and software development talent) to build our talent pipeline and presence in the Chicago tech community while partnering with the senior leadership team to make sure we're investing our recruiting time and dollars in the right way while building and driving strategies around the recruiting lifecycle – candidate generation, attraction, assessment, and closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations.
  • Take ownership of candidates from referral, outreach, and sourcing programs, leading a memorable candidate experience.
  • Recruit passive candidates and possess the ability early on to profile people, gauge fit, and understand their motivation, rather than just focusing on selling and filling a role.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Recommend and utilize diverse channels of digital and social media sites for recruitment.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Proactively collaborate and calibrate with hiring managers to ensure a positive interviewer and candidate experience.
  • Track and understand relevant metrics for your activity and pipeline and actively share your progress.
  • Represent ShowingTime at recruiting and networking events.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Successful track record in recruiting engineers and software developers
  • Technology knowledge ( e.g. different coding languages/technical stacks/terminology)
  • Previous experience in a hyper-growth / start-up environment
  • Well-rounded and diverse experience in identification and engagement of top talent
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
