What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Strong HR generalist competencies developed through at least 4 years of professional experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Organizational development experience considering company goals, systems and strategies to maximize workplace efficiencies, and knowledge of effective change management strategies to support large-scale transitions, is a plus
Proven ability to gain alignment and work collaboratively and effectively across multiple groups and geographies
Analytical skills to review complex issues and determine the best solutions to meet client needs
Experience assessing qualitative and quantitative information, and identifying key insights
Demonstrated business acumen and internal consulting skills
Strong personal initiative and effective communicator – verbal and written
Impact You'll Make
Partner with Lead HR Business Partners, business unit leaders, and managers to execute core HR programs related to talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training and development, and talent management.
Manages key HR projects, including setting objectives and scope, managing timetables and schedules, conducting research, organizing and communicating information, executing flawlessly, and evaluating results.
Develops a thorough understanding of operations to proactively identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement appropriate outcomes, to avoid employment-related problems.
Improves manager and associate knowledge and effectiveness by providing information on HR policies and practices (i.e., benefits, organizational development, compensation, global mobility, etc.), as well as coaching and counseling.
Implements engagement strategies building upon metrics and qualitative data. Develops and drives initiatives to ingrain a culture that aligns to TransUnion strategy, values and beliefs, and creates an environment of inclusion and empowerment to maximize results.
Leads change management initiatives associated with organizational change, M&A integration, enterprise projects, etc.
Drives internal and external recruiting through decision facilitation, networking, and connecting talent. Serves as a “steward of culture” to attract, hire, engage and develop great associates.
