As the Senior HR Manager for the Americas based in our Chicago office, you will lead and execute the development of People solutions in support of relayr’s great place to work global imperative.  

In this role you will also:

  • Develop effective People solutions in support of the growing business across the Americas. 

  • Provide People data which drives conversations & deliver optimized processes. 

  • Guide the business on organizational development and structural changes to help improve integration, collaboration, communication, and change management on all levels throughout the Americas. 

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in implementing a talent program to support team leads in the employee life-cycle (onboarding, training & development, offboarding, and working environment).

  • Partner with global line of business leaders and various stakeholders throughout relayr to align the Americas’ total rewards program (base compensation, MBO, commission, retirement, and health benefits).

  • Be responsible for recognizing, creating, and implementing plans to promote diversity & inclusion.

  • Assist and coach team leads to respond to employee queries and to resolve employee relations issues as they arise, taking into account local laws and internal procedures.

 As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • B.A.. or M.S. in Business Administration, ideally with a focus in Human Resources.

  • SPHR or SHRM-scp certification is desired.

  • 10+ years of HR Consulting and/or deep transformational experience as a HR Business Partner / Manager.

  • Strong organizational development and change management experience.
