What You'll Bring
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our TA Technology team working within our information security team. This role will work directly with senior leaders in hiring and driving the talent acquisition strategy within information security This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, consultative and problem solving skills to help identify, communicate and work with executive leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies and build comprehensive talent pipelines. You will be driving sourcing strategy and recruiting efforts for our Information Security, and IT teams. While demonstrating ability to build trust across the business when attracting and hiring top talent for TU. If you have a strong technical recruiting background, with experience partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders than this is a great role for you.
Impact You'll Make
5- 7+ years of full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experienced recruiting information security top talent and driving TA strategies or equal experience in technology
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations
Background in program management or process improvement preferred
A strong understanding of information security and technical knowledge
BA/BS Degree
Provide full life cycle, recruiting for our information security teams and technology teams at TU
Take a consultative role with hiring managers
Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
Act as advocate for both clients and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through for a high touch experience
Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics
