TransUnion’s talent acquisition team is seeking a full cycle technical recruiter to work with our Technology Infrastructure leaders to hire top talent to join TU. You will be driving sourcing strategy and recruiting efforts for our Global Infrastructure, and IT teams along with a demonstrated ability to build trust across the business and credibility when attracting and hiring top talent for TU. If you have a strong technical recruiting background, with experience partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders than this is a great role for you.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, focused on information technology
3+ years of corporate talent acquisition/in-house recruiting experience
Proven and successful track record of identifying, engaging, and recruiting senior technical talent with profiles including, but not limited to: Cloud, DevOps, Network and Systems Engineering, Database Engineering and other technical infrastructure profiles
An established history of collaborating with senior business leaders
Strong communication skills and business insight necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the organization
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
An analytical mindset that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals to increase performance
Bachelors’ degree
Impact You'll Make
Experience recruiting for multiple areas of technology (i.e. application development, information security, technical program and project management, etc) is a plus
Experience with diversity sourcing is a plus
Provide full life cycle, recruiting for our global infrastructure technology teams at TransUnion
Take a consultative role with hiring managers to drive partnership in recruiting talent
Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
Act as advocate for both clients and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through for a high touch experience
