ActiveCampaign is adding the role of Manager, Global Benefits to oversee our benefit programs in a growing number of our locations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. This role will be both operational and strategic as we continue to build and operate competitive programs that promote holistic health (physical, mental, financial and professional) for our team members.

What your day could consist of:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of benefit programs, including health, welfare, retirement, leave and other work-life programs, in multiple countries
  • Manage the relationships with external consultants and suppliers including the process for benefit vendor selection, renewals, and implementations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to determine benefit needs and with external consultants/brokers globally to benchmark programs and identify industry trends to provide competitive and cutting-edge benefits on a global basis
  • Design and implement communication programs that increase employee understanding of benefit programs as well as the overall employee value proposition while increasing engagement
  • Collaborate with Finance and Senior Director of Global Reward to develop an annual plan and budget for benefit programs
  •  Ensure compliance with all applicable country, state/territory and other regulations
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to maximize automation, ensure efficient plan administration and provide topnotch customer service to employees.

What is needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related concentration preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in the HR function with a minimum of 5 years of global benefits experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with the Workday Benefits module, including configuration and reporting
