The Senior Manager of HR Analytics will develop and lead the data analytics capabilities of the People team. This role will focus on providing actionable, data driven insights that elevate the understanding and application of data and metrics across the People team in user friendly formats, enabling the People team to make effective decisions. This role also oversees the HR Operations function, partnering with the HR Operations Manager to develop the People Team’s technology roadmap as well as maintain current systems and reporting.

Build Additional Data Focused Infrastructure for the People Organization:

• Develop HR Dashboard that reflects key KPIs for the People team
• Lead efforts to make the Home Chef People organization more innovative and push the envelope in terms of how we use data analytics to make decisions
• Leverage our multiple data sources to help us draw insightful conclusions about People initiatives and form tangible action plans to improve
• Grow the utilization of data and technology within the People team through partnership and education

Lead High Impact People-Focused Projects at Home Chef:

• Design scalable, automated processes that produce repeatable solutions
• Automate manual processes while simplifying dramatically where possible
• Revolutionize HR administrative processes at the plants by bringing in technology and efficiencies 
• Help build a sustainable workforce planning model

Lead HR Operations Function:

• Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports, dashboards and analyses to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders and other stakeholders
• Build 2 year technology roadmap for the People function enabling the People team to be agile and data driven in their work 
• Implement and improve technology platforms
• Grow and develop HR Operations team

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a rigorous fast-paced work environment
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to develop and make progress against multiple concurrent project plans
• Data analytics background or experience 
• Passion for people and talent related topics
• Must have a sense of urgency and be capable of dealing with fast-changing priorities and ambiguity
• Strong advisory skills, ability to tailor communications to a variety of audiences 
• Skilled at developing executive-level outputs and communicating findings to leadership
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets analytics capabilities
• Previous experience in an operations or manufacturing industry a plus
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
