Senior Manager, Learning and Development
The GoHealth Senior Manager of Learning and Development will be responsible for developing our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people. Ongoing learning and development and seasonal agent preparation. You will strategize and develop tactics to ensure optimal agent adoption and maximize performance early. You will be a proven Training Strategy leader, who is passionate in training and developing teams

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years Management experience
- 2+ years Medicare experience
- 2+ years training experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Outstanding training focus, Medicare knowledge, and sales skills.
- Able to work well within a team, while developing and motivating staff
- Confident with a keen eye for business
- Ability to set, satisfy, and exceed targets
- Able and available to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed
- Demonstrate mental agility to think strategically and question norms
- Show limitless energy to strive for excellence in an ever changing environment
