What You'll Bring
7+ years of full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Ability to source passive talent through market research, designing Boolean search strings, and crafting messages that will resonate with sales talent in the marketplace
Experience leveraging data to drive conversations with leaders
Experience engaging and recruiting sales professionals
Experience advising and influencing Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders

Experience in the Financial Services or FinTech Industry
Experience working with Workday and Phenom People
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment exposure
Familiarity with sales commission and compensation structure
Impact You'll Make
You’ll partner with Sales Leaders across TransUnion to identify, engage, assess, and hire Sales talent for TransUnion
You’ll develop key relationships with business leaders across TransUnion and collaborate with business partners to drive TU Talent initiatives forward
You’ll manage searches for Sales talent from the Job Posting to Offer stages, providing guidance to Executive Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers
You’ll design recruitment strategies that are forward thinking, tangible, and are tied to TransUnion’s enterprise wide goals
You’ll ensure we’re maintaining a positive candidate experience by providing transparency and consistent communications with our candidates
You’ll provide recommendations to Hiring Managers to ensure they are considering a diverse slate of candidates for every search
You’ll advise and ensure Hiring Managers and Interviewers are following best practices throughout the recruitment process
