The Talent Acquisition team spearheads the company’s sourcing, recruiting and hiring initiatives. The Senior Recruiter manages all aspects of the recruitment process and plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s growth by attracting and hiring top talent. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for owning the recruiting for one or more business areas. She/He/They will also use a consultative approach to advise teams on hiring decisions and ensure diverse talent is considered for all roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop local and national recruiting plans, employing creative sourcing strategies and resources to find talent
  • Act as a guide and mentor for more junior members of the team.
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company business and responding accordingly.
  • Consult with hiring managers with respect to the recruitment process and partner with them to gather initial requirements, revise job descriptions and set strategies to assess and source external candidates from all backgrounds.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop interview guides for candidate assessment and manage the candidate experience, including continuous follow-up, to ensure that all candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
  • Conduct onsite interviews and advise managers in making hiring decisions.
  • Partner with other team members to build the company’s employer brand and improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
  • Partner with other team members to onboard new TA team employees.
  • Develop networking and referral base with community organizations and industry groups to enhance the company brand.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values and recruiting diverse talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five or more years of experience in recruiting and filling positions, from 2 or more years of experience to Director and VP level roles in either an agency and/or corporate environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.]
  • Successful track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
