ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a recruiter who functions as a true talent partner to hiring managers and the business at large. This is a role best suited for someone who thinks end-to-end about candidate experience and even long-term in regard to employee fit and growth. We’re in building mode at ShopRunner and we need a top-notch talent builder to run point on all things hiring and talent attraction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Attract and recruit A-level talent, finding candidates wherever they are. Recruiters who “post and pray” need not apply.
  • Customize messages to candidates whether by way of job postings or individual email communications with the tone and style that represents our unique culture. 
  • Facilitate a streamlined recruiting process, with attention to communication every step of the way.
  • Hire to a hiring goal measured every month and, ultimately, at the end of a year. 
  • Counsel hiring managers on interview processes that will lead to the best outcomes for the business and the hire.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where builders work to find the best solutions for our merchants and customers. In that same way, we’ll work to find the best outcomes for our candidates and teammates.
  • Find the best talent. Hire them. Easy as that. (it’s not easy at all but you probably know that already)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years experience recruiting in a fast-paced, technology-centric environment.
  • The passion and skill to recruit great technical talent
  • Adaptability, likability and a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse, iCIMS, Jobvite or other similar ATS. 
  • A highly-organized problem solver.
  • A talent partner who not only knows how to hire but gets energy from being completely plugged into the business. This isn’t about hypothetical impact, this is about the impact your hires will have on a business.

A sense of humor is a must. A love of ecommerce is a major plus.
