Position Overview:     

We are looking to add a Sr. Sourcer to our team.  This position will be ideally based at our Headquarters in Chicago with consideration given to markets with Echo branch locations. The role will report directly to the Recruiting Manager.  

 Responsibilities:                                                                                                                              

• Responsible for high volume candidate sourcing, recruitment, and selection, with duties including but not limited to: 

• Screen resumes and interview to fill candidate pipelines

• Refer qualified candidates through the selection process 

• Schedule and conduct interviews with all levels of candidates up to Executive level

• Confer with business management in order to define targeted candidate profiles

• Work closely with the businesses throughout the search process providing consistent communication and client service. 

• Maintain relationships with external search companies when appropriate

Requirements:                                                                                                                                 

• 5+ years of sourcing experience 

• Ability to consistently source and engage talented and passive candidates across all disciplines within a corporate environment 

• Strong understanding of market trends within Recruitment and Technology

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously 

• Knowledge of Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other MS Office software

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work with all levels of staff and management

Work environment/physical demands summary:

This job currently operates a remote capacity due to Covid but typically the job operations in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
