What You'll Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree or international equivalent is required
  • An advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business is preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant HR business partner experience required
  • Experience supporting a high growth, matrixed organization is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational design and effectiveness
  • Ability to think, communicate and act strategically and operationally
  • Track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and becoming a trusted and sought-after HR advisor
  • Excellent communication, consulting and coaching skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze a complex situation and simplify it into actionable solutions


Impact You'll Make:

  • The Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives for the Global Solutions organization with enterprise human resources strategy, operations and processes. The position partners with the client to understand the long term strategy and desired business outcomes. The role leverages people insights, enterprise talent strategy and approach, and the HR operating model to enable the business strategy and foster an inclusive, productive, and healthy business environment for associates and managers. The business partner is responsible for assessing the short, medium and long term needs of the client to recommend and implement the appropriate strategies, interventions and programs to enable success.
  • Partner with Solutions leadership to translate the business strategy into talent plans.
  • Coach and consult with senior client leadership and people managers; diagnose team challenges and opportunities and coach managers to success.
  • Consult with HR center of excellence partners including talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, people services, and employee relations on best practices and processes.
  • Support clients' annual human resource processes including workforce planning, developing hiring strategies, managing talent and performance, and annual merit, promotion, and bonus processes.
  • Assess, monitor and enforce a healthy workforce and environment, including engagement and inclusivity efforts in alignment with TU global culture.
  • Execute and support global HR program roll outs.
  • Manage employee relations topics including performance coaching, policy advisement, and investigation escalation.
  • Evaluate organizational effectiveness for optimal team and individual performance.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities for client group; act as lead partner for diligence and integration efforts.
  • Bring experience and expertise to help the leadership team make decisions about succession planning, leadership development and moving talent around the organization.
