What You'll Bring:
- The Lead HRBP role is all about building and implementing the organization and talent strategy for the Healthcare business unit enhancing the capability of managers and leaders in those organizations, and seizing the opportunity to make an impact in TransUnion’s fastest growing business unit.
- In total, the Lead HRBP will support over 800 associates at locations throughout the U.S. and an international offshore center in Delhi, India. TransUnion Healthcare has teams in 9 US locations: Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL (HQ), Culver City, CA, Denver, CO, Ft. Worth, TX, Fremont, CA, New York, NY, and Tampa, FL, and several remote populations across the country.
- TransUnion Healthcare has ambitious growth plans and the Lead HRBP holds a critical role, working closely with the senior business leaders to understand the strategic direction of the business, determine the HR implications, identify opportunities to enable and enhance the business agenda and ultimately build and execute plans to support that direction.
The Lead HRBP will:
- Take a fresh look at the current state, diagnose issues, and gain support from the team to collectively determine the resources needed to develop and execute the plan, and to deliver the corresponding communications plan.
- Measure success of the HR plans, and identify ways to improve upon the current methods, processes and thinking.
- Drive organizational effectiveness (culture, collaboration, communication, etc.) in acquisitions, integrations, and re-organizations through the provision of thought leadership and insightful data in order to guide decision-making and deliver proactive solutions.
- Lead, in partnership with key leaders, the planning and delivery of the change management components of high visibility projects and programs through effective review and analysis of critical data.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
- Bring experience and expertise to help the leadership team make decisions about succession planning, leadership development and moving talent around the organization.
- Design and implement HR best practices within the areas of compensation, organization effectiveness, recruiting, and incentives.
We’d Love to See:
- An undergraduate degree is required, and an advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business is preferred.
Impact You'll Make:
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in product and/or services organizations, with at least 5 of those years being in an HRBP role.
- Experience and interest in supporting a high growth organization, including experience supporting business groups composed of several business verticals, horizontals and geographical distance.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational design; experience delivering a design driven by enterprise strategic change.
- Experience creating and implementing HR programs including compensation, performance management, and manager/leadership development.
- Track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and becoming a trusted and sought-after HR advisor.
- Excellent communication, consulting and coaching skills.
- Comfortable in an environment where one is regularly balancing roll-up-your-sleeves-to-get-things-done activities with strategic discussions.
- Ability to understand and analyze a complex situation and simplify it into actionable solutions.
- Experience within a matrixed management environment and with managing through influence.
