Your Life As A Maven: Help us create the best experience for our candidates, Mavens, and People Team!

• Work within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to track and schedule all candidate interviews.   candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with Recruiting Team, Hiring Managers, and other Mavens, to facilitate on-site interviews (currently  virtual).
• Coordinate travel schedules, hotels, and other logistics for out-of-state candidates post COVID-19..
• Provide and effectively communicate candidate data for all interviews scheduled or in the process of being scheduled.
• Manage and prioritize various tasks, calendars, and requests via Google Workspace.

Your Expertise:

• Demonstrated success in creating organization out of chaos; we are hiring 3-5 new Mavens per week!
• High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential.
• Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Must believe charcuterie boards can be a stand-alone meal.
