Talent Acquisition Coordinator

You will work with the TA Team to create an exceptional experience for Home Chef Candidates. You will be responsible for posting jobs, scheduling interviews, running reports and communicating with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and Hiring Managers.
Create an exceptional candidate experience:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with multiple calendars
- Communicate candidates’ schedules and changes with front desk and hiring managers
- ‘Host’ candidates to provide white glove experience during interviews
- Assist with candidate travel and expenses
- Send necessary documents to candidates (eg. Application, confidentiality agreements, directions, etc.)
- Communicate with candidates, TA team, HR, and Hiring Managers
- Conduct phone screens for junior level positions
Serve as an administrator in Applicant Tracking System:
- Assist hiring managers in creating job descriptions, postings, requisitions, offers, etc.
- Manage and update user list and access levels in ATS
- Stay current on changes/updates to ATS
- Serve as expert/resource on ATS for TA team and hiring managers
Provide overall support to Talent Acquisition team:
- Provide general administrative support to TA team
- Draft and post job openings in Lever and on job boards
- Create offer letters and track responses
- Assist in managing tracking of key recruiting process including employee referral program, internal hiring, etc.
Run reports and provide updates to Talent Acquisition team and leaders:
- Run reports in Applicant Tracking System and provide information to TA Team
- Provide weekly updates to TA Director and leaders on open positions, hiring numbers, offers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer (candidate) service
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to receive feedback and direction from multiple team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive candidate and HR information
- Ability to work with leaders across the organization
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience with an Application Tracking system is a plus
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Analytics is a plus
- Completion of a two-year program such as an Associate degree
