The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager for Commercial Services (TAMCS) will be responsible to pipeline and source leadership candidates for Sales at both the field level and Global Sales along with Revenue Management, Events, Marketing, and other hotel top-line revenue functions. The right candidate must have a proven track record in high volume recruiting and focus on placing the highest quality candidates. This individual will also be responsible for making recommendations on talent within the organization and assisting with workforce planning for all properties. A TAMCS is a brand advocate for the company and ensures that the candidate and hiring manager have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process. TAMCS have a strong foothold in our company culture and must be able to understand the local labor markets in which they are sourcing.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Source, screen and pipeline top talented candidates for referral to hotel or hiring manager for all divisions including, but not limited to: sales, revenue management, events, marketing & reservations.
  • Work as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources staff.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to ensure ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.
  • Participate in succession planning strategy meetings with senior leadership and provide point of view on talent.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends
  • Be an expert in recruiting function and share best practices.
  • Embrace technology, integrate strategic thinking, and offer perspective in regard to recruitment needs.
  • Maintain a strong network and a consistent talent pool of candidates.


Experience

  • 10+ years of hotel management experience or comparable industry
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employment & recruiting
  • 5+ years of leadership committee experience
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Must demonstrate sourcing and assessment skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures necessary.
  • High level of energy, creativity, and independent thinking.
  • Self-motivated and results driven with ability to communicate and influence effectively with hiring managers, senior leadership, and candidates.
  • Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, ATS and other talent sourcing platforms.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
