Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the partnership with our Client Engagement organization, including Sales, Client Partners and Consulting among other business units. This person will be key in collaborating with the business to understand and execute on near- and long-term recruiting needs. The TA Manager will be comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership, have high attention to detail and ability to balance full lifecycle recruitment while being a Talent Partner and Advisor to the business. The Talent Acquisition Manager brings a strong network of individuals in sales or sales leadership, preferably in technology at an IT service provider. This individual will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition on our Culture and People Experience (CPE) team and be accountable for leading at least one Senior level TA team member. Natural talent advisor to the business, comfortable coaching or offering feedback to hiring managers to provide a top-notch candidate experience and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent
People management experience – you naturally enable your team and colleagues to perform at their best
Experience developing resources to support hiring initiatives such as interview guides
Relationship builder with both hiring managers and candidates which instills trust on both sides of the hiring process
Track record of successful full lifecycle recruiting experience preferably supporting sales recruitment
Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance hiring is a plus
Experience developing, tracking and reporting on a hiring strategy
Working knowledge of HR databases, Workday is a plus
Excellent organizational ability including detailed tracking and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with executive presence and emotional intelligence are required in this role
What you can look forward to doing:
Partner with leaders to develop, execute and report on the Talent Acquisition strategy to meet the needs of their organizations
Act as primary Talent Partner with Client Engagement organization to handle escalations or issues as they arise in partnership with TA leadership
Provide management, mentorship, career coaching and support to at least one Senior level team member
Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: source, screen, identify a short list for hiring managers, facilitate interview scheduling, negotiate and close candidates in partnership with hiring managers
Conduct initial and subsequent recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, successful candidate profiles, and the qualifications needed to fill the role
Recommend innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and attract a diverse talent pool
Provide weekly reports to hiring managers regarding status relating to all positions including outreach and response
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding job descriptions to ensure we have a compelling message which will attract high performing, diverse talent
Provide market intelligence to hiring managers and leaders; offer guidance and suggestion on job posting locations, talent communities to tap into, or employer branding initiatives to drive traffic to our opportunities
