The Talent Acquisition Manager will support and our talent acquisition strategy as we scale from the team globally. This individual will focus on managing and helping to strengthening our talent acquisition model and programs, developing and expanding our employer brand, coaching and mentoring recruiting team/agencies to deliver on global hiring needs across all functions and levels in the organization. This role will be reporting to the Senior Head of Talent.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an effective recruiting strategy to source, select, attract and close top talent to support strategy and growth
  • Supporting and a best-in-class new employee on-boarding process so employees are productive from Day 1.
  • Report on key recruiting metrics and leverage data and insights to iterate to excellence
  • Develop multi-channel hiring strategies to meet our hiring goals
  • Build Instawork's employer brand to drive inbound applicants and communicate our unique value prop to candidates
  • Champion recruiting diversity initiatives
  • Along with the Senior Head of Talent help manage, build, grow and develop a small recruiting team
  • Advise hiring leaders on search strategy, effective and efficient search processes, and market/hiring trends while driving a high-touch and proactive full life-cycle search process
  • Own our recruiting technology & systems, vendor, and agency relationships
  • Aptitude and desire to manage the company's Human Resources function, including people related compliance, total rewards, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, company culture

Who are you?

  • 5+ years of extensive and progressive experience with full cycle recruiting
  • 2+ years of team management
  • Startup recruiting experience across tech and recruiting
  • Experience building a data driven recruiting process
  • Experience developing a talent acquisition strategy across multiple channels
  • Experience developing and leveraging and employer brand
  • Experience managing and configuring ATS systems like Lever or Greenhouse
  • Experience negotiating contracts and working with contingency recruiting agencies
