CSC Corptax’s Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in the recruiting process within our growing organization. This position will support the continued success of CSC Corptax through strategic talent planning and acquisition for a variety of technology roles throughout the U.S. Someone who is highly organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this role. Our most successful employees are customer- and service-oriented and work well as a team. This position can be located in our headquarters in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, our Chicago office, or it can be a remote role.

The successful candidate will:
- Assist in the process of developing and executing a staffing plan for assigned positions
- Leverage their ability to influence strategic implementations of proactive pipeline development based on the specific business need
- Use broad market knowledge to creatively network to build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified diverse talent
- Be instrumental in applying the business-driven selection and screening criteria to assist the hiring manager in selecting a qualified, diverse pool of candidates
- Develop strong partnerships with the business on a strategic level, that will enable them to have consultative discussions with all hiring managers and executives regarding candidates’ viability
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for an average of 10-15 requisitions at a time for multiple teams
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with CSC Corptax employees, leaders, and candidates
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external candidates
- Transitioning between urgent requests seamlessly and quickly
- Using an applicant tracking system to manage candidates and requisitions
- Sourcing candidates in innovative and creative ways and low-cost direct methods
- Conducting phone interviews and onsite or virtual interviews
- Providing regular management reports using reporting tools
- Scheduling interviews using Microsoft Outlook or Teams
- Assisting with project development and execution in support of HR and enterprise strategies
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- At least one year of experience with a proven track record in a high-volume technical talent acquisition function
- Ability to recruit qualified candidates for locations nationwide
- Creative problem-solver, tenacious, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work well individually and within a team
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding recruitment and new business objectives
- Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Outstanding organizational, negotiation, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
