We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive our continued growth and help us to build a world-class company. As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate with leaders across our organization to source, recruit, and acquire talent across a breadth of functions within Kalderos.
What Impact You Will Have
Key Contribution Areas:
Hiring Strategy
- Translates strategic and operating plans into recruitment and hiring strategy that effectively prioritizes roles, translate company objectives into position requirements, and empowers hiring managers to develop their own recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Ensure that all talent acquisition efforts align with organizational priorities including DEI efforts
- Development of specific organization efforts to increase talent acquisition efficiency including employer and talent branding, as well as, specific tactics such as employee referral programs
- Partners with our People Team and our People leadership to assure our talent acquisition efforts fit with our overall organizational design efforts including level and salary strategies
Talent Acquisition
- Work collaboratively with hiring manages as a talent partner to assure timely hiring of open positions and continuous nurturing of talent pipelines
- Effectively assesses applicants and recruited candidates, regardless of level, for skill, behavioral and cultural fit
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle assuring that both hiring managers and candidates have the best possible experience regardless of role prioritization
Employee Onboarding & Experience
- Oversee the successful onboarding and integration of new employees into the organization including completion of new employee orientations and on-boarding activities
- Utilize employee engagement and assessment to further evolve role and level definition and talent acquisition practices
Talent Acquisition Practices
- Actively monitor and apply best practices in recruiting, sourcing, and all relevant job search tools and train hiring managers on pipeline management and sourcing best practices
- Builds and maintains relationships with associates at agencies and colleges that generate qualified applicants
- Research and identify recruitment and industry trends and resources to identify top talent for specific roles in the organization
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience; with recent expertise recruiting sales and tech roles within the SaaS/Computer Software industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong project management skills including experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, across internal and external recruitment relationships
- Strong communication with both internal team and prospective candidates
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills across the organization including leadership
- Experience with ATS software, Greenhouse experience preferred
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling sensitive information and challenging conversations
