ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and manage the first stages of the recruiting process. Centro has big hiring goals and we want to ensure we are accomplishing them quickly, but more importantly, by bringing on the most qualified A player talent to join our teams!
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Sales Talent Acquisition team is a team full of passionate talent professionals who are working alongside our hiring managers each and every day to bring A player talent into the organization! They are the protectors of our unique and wonderful culture, and ensure that our Core Principles are kept intact by the caliber of peeps we on-board. They also appreciate good jams and blast a tune to celebrate every time a new hire is made.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Talent Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with the recruiting team to implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent in the job market
- Learning the profiles within your supported organizations, so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
- Assessing the hard skills, soft skills, and intangibles of applicants, including their business acumen, culture fit, and passion to join a fast paced company
- Managing job requisitions by responding to and qualifying Employee Referrals and Active Candidates
- Pipelining exceptional candidates for future opportunities at Centro
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, BuiltinChicago, etc.)
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in recruiting, sales, non-profit or customer service
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with top tier talent
- Strong desire to work in technology sector
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Shining track record of success in a fast paced environgment
- Improve the imperfect. If you bump into something that is broken, you love to fix it
- Strong MS Word, Excel
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms ancrafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
