The Technical Acquisition Partner will be integral to the success of the company by helping us grow our technical talent pipeline, assessing candidate quality, and empowering our internal hiring teams while giving white glove treatment to all candidates we come in contact with. You will join our growing People Success team, which is a part of our greater BizOps team- making sure LogicGate is set up for success!
RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES
- Proactively create and nurture a diverse pipeline of qualified technical candidate talent pools that align with our current and future hiring goals
- Collaborate with external recruiting partners to fill any pipeline gaps (as needed)
- Research, select and utilize sources and channels that align with LogicGate’s mission, values, and branding to deliver outbound messaging to passive candidates
- Be the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before submitting them for formal consideration in the interview process
- Utilize screening criteria defined in collaboration with the Hiring Manager to qualify candidates for skill, experience and motivational fit as well as ‘culture add’
- Facilitate an inclusive end-to-end recruiting process
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience
- Comfortable speaking towards our stack:
- Back: Spring Boot - Java 8 - Kotlin - Neo4j
- Front: TypeScript - Angular - SCSS - HTML
- Ops: AWS - Consul - Nomad - Ansible - Terraform - Docker
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates
- Ability to rigorously prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions
- Great if you’ve worked with Google Hire
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
