In this new role, you will be the champion and face of Egen to top talent outside of our walls and will build delivery processes that provides great teams quickly. Your impact on the Talent team will include:
- Establishing processes that delivers high performing software engineering teams with fast and consistent results through effective multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Implementing an effective internal employee referral program
- Expanding hiring capacity through new and diversified talent pools across career levels and demographics.
- Expanding the Egen employer brand by developing pipelines of the areas best software engineers and providing them with valuable professional relationships
- Improving quality AND quantity of qualified interviews and hires.
Expected Experience:
- Proven history of building qualified and diversified pipelines of technical architects, team leads, and experienced software engineers
- Have a genuine interest in and strong understanding of the software industry and its language
- A vast and developed network to talent within the software and infrastructure engineering world - or the proven desire to dig in and build one.
- Experience and desire to be the go to delivering the toughest projects in an agile, rapidly changing environment.
- Accomplished achievements in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with boolean searching, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and a deep understanding of the primary resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, and conferences most frequented by software engineers.
**This job currently operates in a remote capacity due to Covid-19 but will typically work out of our office in normal operations with an opportunity to occasionally work remote
