Wolverine Trading is seeking an eager Technical Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of candidates. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening interviewing and hiring Software Engineers and other technical roles for our growing firm.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process; managing and tracking a high volume of applications in our applicant tracking system(Lever), interview scheduling, posting positions on job boards, supporting interview days, creating offer documents, travel arrangements, etc.
• Develop strategies to engage with passive candidates
• Evaluate and measure technical recruiting results and identify areas for process and performance improvement, systematization, and automation
• Create and manage technical screening tests and interviews via Hacker Rank
• Help develop social media posts and in-person events to attract technical candidates
• Work closely with technical managers and partners to develop and improve hiring strategies

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 0-3 years of technical recruiting experience or equivalent technical non-recruiting experience
• Basic Coding knowledge and/or experience is a must
• Ability to travel during peak campus recruiting period in the fall and spring 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient with using social media for candidate engagement
• Team player with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Demonstrates effective work habits and organizational skills by prioritizing and planning, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
