Neighborhoods.com is the first online real estate resource to put the neighborhood at the center of the home search. The platform invites visitors to imagine their life in a new area by providing a local’s perspective, including detailed descriptions and resident reviews of schools, amenities, and the surrounding community. With up-to-date listings, the company offers aspiring homeowners accurate and reliable information about market changes and new homes for sale. Neighborhoods.com and its network of real estate agents are licensed and knowledgeable experts that guide users through every step of the homebuying process—from the initial search to the closing table.

What you'll be doing as our Technical Recruiter:

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience while supporting the full-cycle recruitment of our engineering, product, marketing, and data science teams
  • Sourcing and phone screening candidates, primarily for technical roles
  • Using creative sourcing methods to connect with active and passive job-seekers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective candidates and our current employees
  • Championing the Neighborhoods.com culture through employer branding, new hire onboarding, and engaging with talent
  • Coaching hiring managers to help them refine what they're looking for and understand what's possible
  • Iterating on recruiting processes with the help of manager and candidate feedback
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process and within the company

  • Are a great storyteller
  • Think that recruitment is most effective when it's treated like marketing
  • Take a data-driven approach to optimizing recruiting resources
  • Enjoy the challenge of working with different personalities
  • Want to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of the recruiting process

Basic requirements to do the job:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Background in sourcing and recruiting software engineers for large-scale systems
  • Conversational knowledge of programming languages and relevant terminology

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience onboarding new employees
  • Experience hosting events like open houses or Q&A panels
