support this new platform, it is critical that we have the best talent on our team.

This is where you come in - as a recruiter for Nielsen Connect, you will play a critical role in
ensuring all of our technology teams are equipped for hiring success, providing a strong pipeline
of qualified candidates, and the most up to date knowledge on the talent market - including best
practices, candidate experience, available talent, compensation feedback, and more. Ultimately,
you’re here to hire the best technical talent for our wide range of teams, which run the gamut
from Software Engineering, SRE, Data Engineering, Cloud Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, UI/UX,
and Test, to Program and Product Management.

impact on an evolving Talent Acquisition organization, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
● Enabling the success of Nielsen Connect’s technology teams, by running a full-cycle
recruiting desk for a range of technical roles
● Operating as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers, inclusive of providing a
seamless and highly transparent recruitment experience
● Finding the best talent out there, using LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, & other tools
● Providing a top-notch candidate experience
● Helping to evolve and improve the Nielsen Connect Technology Recruiting function

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE:
● Minimum 2+ years of technology recruiting experience
● Proven ability to successfully fulfill both high volume and niche technology roles in a
timely manner
● Passionate about the “customer” experience, both for candidates and hiring teams
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Track record of solving difficult problems
● Strong sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of boolean searches, LinkedIn,
Github, and creative sourcing methodologies
● Minimum B.S. degree in Business, Technology, or related field
