What you will be doing – Training Specialist, Talent Development
We are seeking a Training Specialist, Talent Development to design, develop and deliver ongoing training programs to create a culture of learning, knowledge sharing and performance. Will collaborate with business leaders, internal stakeholders & HR to identify needs for training, establish learning and development goals and present solutions. Will implement and deliver ongoing training programs focused on preparing all employees to deliver successful outcomes. Will impact business & organizational performance by delivering effective and efficient training solutions & scalable strategies.

Responsibilities – Training Specialist, Talent Development
- Provide insight to design, develop, implement and scale L&D strategies & solutions across organization
- Deliver & facilitate ongoing training programs to ensure successful ongoing growth of organization
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define success metrics & manage to deliver an impactful learning & development platform
- Conduct needs analysis to identify performance/knowledge/skill gaps & provide L&D solutions to close gaps
- Identify company growth initiatives & provide L&D solutions to facilitate successful growth
- Lead class trainings onsite & virtual as required – Facilitate participation, engagement & brainstorming
- Identify & track measurements for success of all programs and impact on the greater organization
- Project Management – Develop & establish priorities, Identify & mitigate risks, Monitor progress & utilization, Ongoing stakeholder updates, Sharing data & metrics
- Collaborate with critical business partners to ensure engagement, adoption and utilization of all learning solutions
- Evaluation of all L&D programs & strategies to ensure effectiveness on performance & business
- In conjunction with business leaders, manage rollout & scheduling of all training programs
- Partner with instructional design on implementation of surveys & data gathering to understand impact of training programs
- Communicate effectively & build relationships with senior leadership
- Perform in a high growth environment, build strong peer relationships and maintain growth mindset
Who you Are – Training Specialist, Talent Development
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience designing, developing & implementing successful training materials & programs
- Strong communication & presentation skills – Ability to build relationships & engage with stakeholders
- Ability to drive results in a high growth environment
- Strong project management skills – Ability to manage multiple, highly visible projects
- Ability to identify challenges & opportunities and provide effective solutions to impact the business
- Experience working with LMS systems preferred
- Strong experience partnering with business groups to drive adoption & utilization of training programs & strategies
