Vice President of Talent Acquisition
Enfusion is hiring a new Vice President of Talent Acquisition. You will be a seasoned talent acquisition leader responsible for ensuring the company has a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy and team across the globe. As a leader you will ensure that the TA function has the brand, systems, relationships, analytics, tools, and capabilities required to attract top talent.

Specifically, he/she will:
- Ensure that Enfusion continues to have an innovative and highly effective talent attraction and acquisition strategy, including org structure (sourcers, recruiters), data/analytics, branding and technology to ensure a proactive and sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates at all levels and geographies.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a strong, resourceful, talent acquisition team that performs at the highest level and ensures talent attraction is a competitive advantage to Enfusion.
- Develop and implement metrics to evaluate and provide a basis for continuous improvement of the team’s performance
- Build a repository of key target talent across the fintech industry.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to provide them with the tools and information to drive personal and enterprise-wide accountability for and involvement in hiring great talent.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends impacting the talent attraction function, ensuring the company is able to deliver cutting-edge practices to attract a diverse and highly sought-after talent pool(s).
- Build and lead highly effective “early in career” talent and diversity strategies, providing best-in-class talent for all areas of the business as well as further build out a campus and rotational programs.
- Review and enhance the entire candidate experience, including reach outs, interview process, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Ensure that the company has effective data, analytics and processes to make data-driven decisions enabling the business to solve real time issues and predict future talent attraction solutions.
- Continue to develop Enfusion’s employment brand and recruiting marketing strategies to become an employer of choice for fintech.
- Ensure our applicant tracking system (we use Greenhouse!) is optimized and that recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes deliver highly efficient and effective outcomes.
- Establish and manage vendor relationships (if applicable) to ensure the optimal environment of vendor performance and contribution, including those in the executive recruiting space.
- Ensure the understanding of and compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations as they relate to recruiting and hiring activities.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS
The VP of Talent Acquisition will have had a strong track record of leading a best-in-class recruiting function resulting in an employee base of highly qualified people. This leader will be equally strategic and operational/hands-on with sound business acumen and exceptional leadership capabilities. He/She will be able to handle a fast-paced organization. Specifically, this leader will have the following experience/qualifications:
- Experience as a successful #1 or #2 talent acquisition leader for a growing company or division. This will include experience building and leading a function into a proactive, respected, and innovative thought leader that gets strong results. Ideal industry experience includes financial services, technology, fintech or other fast-paced industries.
- Reputation as a confidant and strategic thought leader to a CHRO, CEO, and leadership team on all talent acquisition-related issues.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in building, leading and motivating a high performing, consultative business and results-oriented global talent attraction team.
- Experience establishing comprehensive metrics to track recruiting effectiveness and ensure the overall talent attraction strategy is aligned to the business and is a visible tool to make key individual and company-wide talent decisions.
- Deep knowledge of diverse and innovative sourcing strategies and tools focused on all levels, from campus recruiting to senior executives.
- Strong influencing skills and a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and provide a vision internally and externally. Track record of building relationships and working with many stakeholders is critical. A track record of team leadership and rolling up his/her sleeves to demonstrate initiative, results-orientation, with a constant focus on service delivery and results.
- Experience enhancing and leveraging an attractive employment brand across various channels.
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring there is an overall vendor management strategy resulting in strong performance and ROI.
EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
