Provi is looking for a VP, People to build and lead our HR business partnerships, comp and benefits (Total Rewards), and people operations in support of our rapidly growing company. This person will play a key role across all aspects of the people function. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, HRIS/HR operations, performance management, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. A strong VP of People candidate will have a robust background across all people management and HR functional areas, experience growing and scaling a SaaS organization, supporting M&A due diligence requests and integration plans, and experience with international employees.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic and Innovative Initiatives and Responsibilities
Build critical skills and competencies across the organization by directing the creation and implementation of programs such as leadership and employee development initiatives.
Through partnerships across the organization, drive alignment between company values and HR programs and practices to create a best-in-class employee experience.
Constantly monitor feedback and engagement from our employees, ensuring that teams are greater than the sum of their parts, connecting diverse individuals through inclusion activities and programs, and creating a cohesive group focused on Provi’’s mission.
Performance Management
Ensure that appropriate performance management philosophies, programs, and practices are implemented and executed in support of a culture that values accountability, continuous feedback and high achievement.
Onboarding and Development
Create and implement programs that assist leaders and employees at all levels to be more effective in managing their teams and growing with our business to maximize contributions by all.
Elevate employee orientation and business learning programs.
Develop a clear career progression model for all employees in all job families, ensuring we are developing new leaders that are ready to be successors for next levels. Ensure our employees feel motivated and engaged, understand their opportunities to grow with us which we believe is a key to retention.
Culture
Establish people strategies to ensure they align with our culture, mission and core values.
Develop programs designed to enhance and elevate the employee engagement experience with outcomes tied to continuous improvement, increased productivity, personal development and growth, access to opportunities and recognition for contributions to the company’s success.
Foundational Practices and Employee Relations
Develop, implement, communicate, and consistently administer employee policies and procedures to advance the company objectives.
Equip leaders with tools and strategies needed to coach, mentor and develop their teams while managing employee relations issues that arise.
Total Rewards (Compensation / Benefits / HR Systems / Payroll)
Manage company benefits offerings and compensation strategy, ensuring we remain competitive by evaluating the latest trends in both areas while managing budget expectations and controlling costs.
Executive Partnership and Leadership
Confidently engage at the executive level of the organization, partnering with key leaders to formulate plans and influence employee expansion methodologies.
Successfully build and execute leadership, staff management, and culture defining programs.
Establish trust amongst leaders, providing coaching and advice that advances the organization.

Leadership/Managing people - a track record of developing direct reports for the advancement of their career progression.
Data-oriented with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to build competency and performance metrics across all functions within an organization
Keep up to date on new local and global compliance regulations along with HR best practices.
Experience working in high-growth environments, scaling organizations from 100 - 1000 employees.
Professional and technical knowledge in all areas of the HR function.
SHRM/PHR Certification is a plus.
International growth and mergers and acquisitions experience a huge plus.
