We are looking to hire a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Human Resources team based at our global headquarters in the Chicago loop.

The Workforce Planning Analyst will be responsible for partnering with the senior leadership team, practice leaders and the client services team to devise and execute the most effective workforce strategy for across Saggezza in the US. The workforce strategy will include succession / career planning and require the Workforce Planning Analyst to take a deep dive into the workforce of Saggezza in the US to guide the flow of consultants from one project to the next resulting in highly optimized workforce utilization.

In addition, the Workforce Planning Analyst will undertake various other corporate projects within the Human Resources office for Saggezza.

What You’ll Definitely Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business, Strategy or other similar…
  • At least one year of human resources experience with a focus on analytics. Previous experience with workforce planning would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship building skills.
