Purpose of the Role
Drive implementation of new planning system o9 across E2E planning. A core element of the role is leveraging candidate's expertise to drive effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working and tools across the business, removing barriers and influencing different levels and areas of the organization.
*** Role is remote based but will require ability to go to our East Hanover, NJ office when needed.
Main Responsibilities • Act as a business owner for the respective functionality while supporting NA functional Lead in driving implementation activities for North American Business• E xecute Local system training .• S upport local change plan working with change management team.• Train the trainer lead, training and upskilling Key Users and End Users• Perform gap fit analysis aligning global model to North America .• Lead and participate in tests & cutover.• Co-create planning tool adoption strategy across Planning.• Monitor and support End User Adoption .• Define Key User Community that will drive deployment .• Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to Business as Usual .• Key member of new planning tool governance .• Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design .• Participate in various workshops, steering committees, and design sessions .• Responsible for successful delivery of implementation of KPI's .
Key Skills Required • Strong experience in Planning.• Affinity with systems and system implementations .• Strong change management experience .• Training and adoption experience• Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new capabilities.• Agile and Growth mindset.• Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working.• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.• Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building .
Required Experience: • 6+ years of experience in IBP (Integrated Business Process), Demand, and Supply Planning.• Strong working knowledge of enterprise management tools (SAP, S4, APO, APS, O9, or equivalent).• Working knowledge of Supply Chain optimization.
Education/Certifications: • Bachelor's degree required.
Travel requirements: • Limited travel up to 20%.
