Be a trusted expert upfront in the decision making and keeping people to the long-term strategy for integration technology.
- Support our business and provide leadership for a modern data platform that provides data acquisition, ingestion and application integration capabilities
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to create and maintain an architectural alignment. Own the HAVI integration landscape and the roadmap for further development
- Drive the needs of growing, agility and innovation
- Provide consulting and close cooperation with external architects of customers, vendors and partners including GS1
- Own, develop, align and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for data acquisition and integration (our modern data integration platform)
- Manage the change governance in close cooperation with Architects and Product Owners and embedded in programs and projects and the formal governance processes
- Conduct regular Market analysis and impact analysis. Identify and facilitate the application of new technology and disruptive developmentsDesired Skills & Experience
- At least 10 years’ experience in IT, of which at least 5 would be enterprise integration focused on architectural level
- Logistics (procurement, trade, transport warehouse, Financial, …) and supply chain management experience and especial patterns used for data integration in these environments
- Professional experience and track of delivered projects for major integration patterns (Enterprise Service Bus, Managed File Transfer, API, ETL)
- Professional experience in data and message modelling (Relational, XML, JSON, UN/EDIFACT, API, …)
- Professional experience in data transport and integration methods (FTP, X400, HTTP, AS2, MQ-Series, JMS, Webservices, …)
- Contemporary and recent knowledge of cloud based data management solutions (Azure, AWS), big data (Hadoop, …) and various persistence solutions (column, relational, documents, graph).
- Knowledge of some major systems used at HAVI are a benefit (SAP PI, Sonic ESB, Informatica, SAP BO DI, Axway B2Bi, HULFT, Liaison…)
- Proven track of intercultural successful work history
- Proven track of innovation and modernization
- Professional level experience of at least one major software development environment
- Basic level understanding of IT security topics
- Basic level understanding of network and impacts for data integration
- Professional level understanding of relevant international standards as GS1, UN/EDIFACT, GDSN, Unicode
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education on ISCED 2011 level 6
Certification or proven track of information modelling (Relational data, XML/JSON, EDI)
Practical experience with agility (SCRUM)
