This role is within Chamberlain Group’s Sales function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Sell across all assigned product lines by providing integrated solutions to customers and achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction; Complete assigned sales campaigns to achieve specific outcomes and objectives (ii) Understand customers’ unique situations for a specific customer segment to create compelling value propositions and tailored solutions; demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge to influence customer decisions so that the assigned product line is the sole solution. Requires 0-1 year sales experience of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Sell across all assigned product lines by providing integrated solutions to customers and achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction; Complete assigned sales campaigns to achieve specific outcomes and objectives

Understand customers’ unique situations for a specific customer segment to create compelling value propositions and tailored solutions; demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge to influence customer decisions so that the assigned product line is the sole solution

Pursue avenues of new business and expanding existing customer product portfolios through highly engaged outbound calling activity
-
Achieve assigned revenue targets within an assigned territory or list of accounts; complete business plans and activities to achieve growth targets in assigned areas of responsibility

Qualify leads from leads lists, trade shows, and own research to develop net new opportunities; recommend other paths to growth within assigned customer segment and market
-
Use established sales software and processes to build a robust pipeline of new opportunities; support the pipeline of prospects and track to closure, providing reporting at each step of the journey on CRM

Create and conduct presentations to channel partners, end-users and internal leadership; Support Chamberlain Group events and trade shows as assigned

Work closely with various teams in execution and monitoring of campaigns and opportunities; recommending optimization based on campaign performance; execute targeted follow-up activities in alignment with ongoing promotional campaigns

Communicate with clients on new products and services, price adjustments; and cross-selling opportunities

Translate customer and client needs into potential new features and new services for feedback to the NPD process

Manage and grow a book of prospects/clients as assigned; identify and penetrate new and qualified customers

Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Curiosity and a desire to build relationships across teams and departments

Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and desire to learn

Able to travel up to 15% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license

Preferred: Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

The pay range for this position is $45,400.00 - $74,875.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
