We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Brand Communications Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our internal communication strategies to foster a deeply engaged, informed, and aligned workforce. You will partner closely with leadership to elevate our internal brand, enhance transparency, and create a sense of community across our global teams. This is an opportunity to lead impactful initiatives that strengthen our company culture and ensure employees feel connected to our mission and values.

What your day could consist of:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with ActiveCampaign’s business objectives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement across all levels of the organization. 
  • Drive internal campaigns that reinforce company values, increase employee participation, and enhance organizational alignment.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, developing high-impact communication strategies and messaging that reinforce business priorities and company vision. 
  • Craft compelling talking points, executive presentations, and internal announcements that inspire employees and enhance leadership visibility.
  • Design and execute initiatives that amplify company culture, foster collaboration, and enhance employee experience, including company-wide meetings, recognition programs, and engagement campaigns.
  • Work closely with People Operations, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is cohesive, effective, and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee internal communication plans during crises or significant organizational changes.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms, analyze employee sentiment, and iterate on strategies to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
  • Act as a champion of ActiveCampaign’s mission, values, and voice, ensuring our internal culture reflects the excellence we bring to our customers.

What is needed:

  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields within a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Ability to develop and execute internal communication initiatives that drive alignment and business impact.
  • Mastery in storytelling, executive communications, and message crafting for diverse audiences.
  • Strong ability to partner with senior leaders, influence cross-functional teams, and drive company-wide initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working across and aligning global teams, with a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and inclusive communication.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing thoughtful, effective solutions.
