We are looking for experienced, ambitious Back-End Developers who are motivated to learn AEM. Trainees will learn the ins and outs of the Adobe platform, and will ultimately contribute to software development work for our clients as an AEM Developer. Not only will you see vision and conception turn into real results, but you will be a part of making it happen.

The next group of AEM BE Developer Trainees will begin on January 11, 2021.

Responsibilities

• Engage in our AEM training program for approximately 3 months to develop proficiency with the platform
• Develop mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle 
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code 
• Prepare and produce releases of software components 
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies 
• Actively participate in client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or has equivalent experience. If you're clever, highly motivated developer who's a good fit for our team, the degree is less important.
• 3+ years of professional hands-on Software Development experience
• 2+ years of experience in Java development in a professional environment
• A readiness to learn AEM 
• Solid understanding of systems design, caching, and persistence 
• Strong communication and problem solving skills 
• Familiarity with modern programming architecture
• Worked with Agile development, preferably SCRUM, and Unit Testing / TDD
