The Role

As an Embedded Software Engineer you will take strategic technical ideas and plans and build applications and hardware that support Arity’s product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Code, test, and document changes for new functionality and enhancements.
  • Learn and understand how existing and new applications function.
  • Participate in peer reviews.
  • Interact with project and product managers and attend product meetings.
  • Take strategic ideas and help design ways to implement them.

Job Qualifications

 

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Rising Junior or Senior standing
  • Experience in one or more of the following: C#, VB.NET, SQL, HTML5, MVC, Java, Data Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with the following preferred: TCP/IP, TCP, UDP, wireless data technology, embedded/RTOS programming, drivers for hardware
  • Strong Analytical, Communication, Collaboration, Problem Solving and Thinking Skills
  • Experience with high level object oriented programming
