Department OverviewThe Motorola Solutions Sales Enablement team along with their Global and Regional business partners identify, create, deliver, and assess Education and Enablement programs and tools for our internal selling organization and channel partners. The programs and tools build skills, knowledge, and behaviors that enable our audiences to drive optimal business performance.
The Global Sales Enablement Internship will be responsible for assisting in executing on all goals and objectives of the Global Sales Enablement Team within the Worldwide Product and Sales Operations organization. This individual will support global communications for the entire organization and assist the regional leads with the Global Partner Technical and Sales Certifications portfolio. An ideal candidate will demonstrate a skill sets and behaviors that allow them to support training, communications, and operations.
Scope of Responsibilities
Execute internal communications plans that tell the company’s story to employees and other key audiences
Develop, write and edit internal and external communications for the Global Sales Enablement Team, including emails, scripts, talking points, event briefs, etc.
Serve as a strategic business partner to teams and functions across the company, with a focus on building relationships and gathering information to support internal and external communications activities
Create well-crafted, concise and highly engaging communications including emails, blog posts, scripts, employee news stories, and executive communications
Build networks across diverse cultures and geographies
Thrive in a collaborative team-based environment, while also working independently
Specific Knowledge and Skills
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date on or after September 2022
Preferred emphasis in Marketing, Communications or Business
Strong presentation skills and comfortable talking to groups and professionals at all levels
Strong organizational skills required
Exceptional multi-tasking skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A high level of diplomacy and discretion
Proven achievement in developing collaborative relationships
Inquisitive and creative
Ability to successfully navigate a complex, fast-paced environment
Savvy with meeting/training tools and Google Suite
