Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:

Our Company has an outstanding track record of success and strives to build long term relationships with our customers. Customer satisfaction is given great emphasis and we strive to build a trusted advisor relationship with every customer.

Our Construction Management Intern will spend part of their time on site walks learning from experienced construction managers. These site walks will be a mix of pre-bid discovery to support the sales organization and oversight of tower construction projects. When they are not out in the field the Construction Management Intern will be in our Chicago headquarters formulating best practice documentation.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

  • High School Diploma 

  • One to Two years of college level courses towards the obtainment of a B.S. degree

  • Experience in creating processes and procedures is desirable

  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences

  • Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment

  • Knowledge of best practices in construction management is desirable
