We are currently seeking a driven and talented part-time Customer Success Analytics Intern to assist our Customer Success Operations team with a variety of analytics & reporting, market research, business development and budgeting.  This position is located in our Chicago office and is for the current Winter/Spring semester, with the possibility of extending into Summer.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications or a related field

• Availability to commit to 15-20 hours/week during a standard (8 am – 5 pm) work schedule

• Previous internship experience ideal, but not required

• Excellent technical, analytical and math skills, including Excel proficiency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment

• Passionate to pursue a career in your field of study
