Department OverviewThe Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Department is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our associates, minimizing the EHS impact of their activities and complying with all applicable environmental, safety and industrial hygiene regulations. The EHS Dept is also responsible for Sustainability programs across the corporation including but not limited to Supply Chain Corporate Responsibility and Carbon Footprint reduction.
This intern will be responsible for supporting the MSI Sustainability program with its current initiatives, including:
drafting an implementation plan for electrification of the global fleet
supporting programs/activities for the Employee Sustainability Committee
assisting in data collection for Carbon Footprint analysis
Ability to use basic spreadsheets and data analysis software
Experience with making presentations to peers and managers
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree program in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field
Must have a graduation date of on or after December 2022
