Hi, welcome to PerkSpot. We're looking for an Employer Branding Intern to join our Marketing team and to help our external employer branding efforts via various digital channels.

Meet the Marketing Team
The Marketing team is composed of talented individuals with a vision for success. As a member of the Marketing team, you'll have your hands in a little bit of everything, but you will mostly be focusing on our branding as an employer. You will work to achieve key brand goals that position PerkSpot as an employer of choice to a huge audience of prospective employees!
Your main responsibilities:

• Working with all of PerkSpot's internal teams to understand their hiring needs and our various target audiences
• Partnering with leadership to understand employer branding objectives and devise ways to meet those goals
• Working with content and design to establish messaging for online and offline channels
• Identifying unique sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
• Analyzing PerkSpot competitors and compiling market research
• Discovering new, innovative strategies that set PerkSpot apart from the competition
• Keeping a pulse on the hiring landscape and continuing to bring fresh, new ideas to our Marketing team
• Developing and supporting internal communication for HR and company announcements

What we're looking for:

• Availability from mid-June through end of August
• Must be an incoming junior or senior student in college
• Field of Study: Marketing, Business, or related field
• Required Coursework: Branding, Market Research, Business, Communications
• Excellent research and copywriting skills - we're looking for a creative, innovative thinker
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Developed understanding of current digital and traditional marketing landscapes
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Desire to learn and grow within the fast-paced PerkSpot environment

Life as a PerkSpot intern:
As an intern for the PerkSpot team, you'll be working 35 hours for eight weeks. During that time you will be a full-fledged member of the company and attend regular team and 1x1 meetings to track individual and company goals. During this time your focus will be on two dedicated projects - one team-specific, and one with your fellow interns. As you work through those projects, you'll meet with direct managers and mentors to receive tangible, constructive feedback on your progress and work ethic. You'll also get to be a part of the PerkSpot team - this means inclusion in company events and team building exercises!
