Department OverviewAudit Services is responsible for internal audit and risk assessment of company’s financial and operational practices. The Audit Services team conducts audits both domestically and abroad and manages the Company's SOX program. Key activities includes preparing audit plans and test criteria, conducting process walkthroughs to identify control strengths and weaknesses, performing analytical reviews and testing of controls, and reporting results and recommendations to management.
Job Description
The Finance Co-op is a highly motivated candidate who will support the Internal Audit and SOX team with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) audits being conducted on the Customer Data Master implementation as well as the upgrade of the Avigilon SAP environment. Additionally, this individual will assist with the SOX end of year roll forward testing
Additional Tasks:
Performing walk-throughs of the in scope processes
Gathering evidence for test steps
Perform testing
Document workpapers
Update controls in SOXHub with completed testing and workpapers
