REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to start June 7, 2021 (internship goes through August 6, 2021).

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

As a HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and have daily projects to work on and grow your HR skills. No 2 days will be the same throughout the summer for you, as you will receive first hand experience of working within a growing HR team.

• Partner with the HR team on various projects

• Work closely with the Campus Recruitment Team

• Opportunity to learn the Logistics/Transportation industry

• Research and assist with requests related to HR projects

• Projects may include assisting with Recruitment projects benefits, helping revamp the onboarding program, updating and revising job descriptions, etc.

• Opportunity to shadow individuals within different departments

• Give a presentation to the management team detailing experience and goals met during internship

• Be willing to complete additional tasks that arise within the HR team

Requirements:

• Interested in a career within HR

• Enjoy working with others

• Driven and competitive nature

• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities

• Quick learner who is successful at multi-tasking

• Team player who can also produce independent results

• Rising Senior preferred

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
