Spend your summer working within Echo’s Technology team! As part of our team, you will contribute to engineering of large-scale web-based applications to enable Echo’s business while supporting architectural vision of quality, scalability, performance and function. REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to start June 7, 2021 (internship goes through August 6, 2021).
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
As a HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and have daily projects to work on and grow your HR skills. No 2 days will be the same throughout the summer for you, as you will receive first hand experience of working within a growing HR team.
Partner with the HR team on various projects
Work closely with the Campus Recruitment Team
Opportunity to learn the Logistics/Transportation industry
Research and assist with requests related to HR projects
Projects may include assisting with Recruitment projects benefits, helping revamp the onboarding program, updating and revising job descriptions, etc.
Opportunity to shadow individuals within different departments
Give a presentation to the management team detailing experience and goals met during internship
Be willing to complete additional tasks that arise within the HR team
Requirements:

Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
Quick learner who is successful at multi-tasking
Team player who can also produce independent results
Rising Senior preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentially
