Job Description:

Ideal candidate has a desire to help our clients’ HR departments drive employee engagement within their organizations through the use of Paylocity solutions. This person will help clients reduce the amount of manual time spent managing employee information by creating ways to engage employees in the process. They will consult with the clients on tasks such as employee performance reviews and new hire onboarding. If you are someone with a passion for helping clients strategically integrate an effective HR system, this is the position for you.

 

Experience and Skills:

  • A Major in human resources or related fields preferred
  • Previous customer service or client interfacing role preferredFamiliarity with a wide variety of HR concepts, practices and procedures preferred
  • Willingness to perform a full range of tasks and projects under supervision
  • Strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • GPA >3.0
