  This position will handle a wide range of important duties. We are looking for confident, outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrive on a challenge, and will need to be committed to excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for a high energy multi-tasker with attention to detail.

  • Acts as an extension of the sales team by processing insurance quotes
  • Assess client needs to qualify risk
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge offered by different carriers
  • Utilize different systems and software to quote products
  • Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions to their specific needs or requests
  • Provide timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries from emails and phone calls
  • Process Certificates, Endorsements, Binders
  • Interact extensively with the sales, service, and retention teams and carriers to provide all levels of service
  • Flexible Part-Time Hours Available

  • Interest in developing insurance related skills and knowledge 
  • Genuine care and concern for customers and their insurance needs
  • The ability to multi-task while using a tech-savvy approach 
  • Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external partners
  • The ability to work individually and within a team concept in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to persevere through difficult client interactions
  • Proficient of Microsoft Office products
